Our Quality Control Department oversees the entire drywall installation and finishing process and ensures that only the highest standards are achieved during each step of the project.

(4) We always inspect our work under intense lighting when the sanding process is finished. This exposes any imperfections that may have been missed under normal lighting conditions.  These are then fixed.  However, once a wall or ceiling is primed, tiny imperfections can still show up.  That's because when the wet primer/sealer is applied to the walls and ceilings, the scratches and dips you wouldn't ordinarily see, even under intense lighting, are magnified.  This is one reason we prefer to also handle the priming of the new surfaces, so that if anything does shows up it can be corrected right away before the painters show up.
